In partnership with Global Health & IT Solutions, DAWAH provides scholarships and mentorship for new nurses entering the workforce. The initiative focuses on:
Covering costs for specialized boot camps and professional training.
Offering mentorship and coaching to help new nurses transition confidently into practice.
Increasing retention of nurses from diverse and underserved backgrounds.
Building a stronger, more resilient healthcare workforce nationally and internationally.
This sponsorship ensures that 1,000 new nurses are not only trained but supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
